I am honoured to be offering Bespoke Cacao Ceremonies; created individually with love and care to reflect the intention you have for the energy of the space. It could be a birthday, a celebration, an act of appreciation, or simply to tune into the depths of your own heart.

We will have the opportunity to discuss your vision beforehand and the space will be adapted and held to align with this.

In 2019, I trained as a Cacao Facilitator with Kokoleka Cacao, who themselves were trained by Keith Wilson (also known as the Chocolate Shaman). I have worked closely with Ceremonial Cacao for 5 years; both personally and as a facilitator.

Ceremonial Cacao is a heart-opening plant medicine which has been used for thousands of years and has been highly revered within indigenous tribes. It acts as a bridge; connecting us to our intuition, the natural world, and unseen guidance. It can show us the way forward when we’re feeling stuck, transform fear and aid us in recognising and releasing blockages, patterns, and limited beliefs buried deep in the subconscious. Cacao can also awaken powerful creative energies.
