My names Alyscha, I love to help people express emotions through crafts 🎨

I'v been on this arts and crafts journey for 4 years, doing a ray of differnt courses and studying, gaining qualifications and certificates and trying different things for my own healing, understanding my own emotions, learning to respond rather then react ( this im still learning 🫶), I have learned that crafts have not only helped me heal major parts of my mental health that I suffered with for years, its also shown me how to come back to myself, become self aware and connect to my inner child once again 💫

Ive created these workshops with me experiencing them myself to be able to understand and to now offer these service's to you, Its time for me to help others find there healing powers through crafts.💞
