I have worked closely with Ceremonial Cacao for 5 years; both personally and as a facilitator. I have experienced in myself, and witnessed in people I've worked with; the powerful heart-opening effects of Cacao, as well as the life-changing / reality shifting medicine she can offer.

In 2019, I trained as a Cacao Facilitator with Kokoleka Cacao, who themselves were trained by Keith Wilson (also known as the Chocolate Shaman). Following this training, I held many public Cacao Ceremonies and I am now being called to be of service as a Cacao Ceremony Facilitator for bespoke gatherings.

I also have experience in guiding meditations, conscious movement and creating safe spaces for deep reflection.
